VISA/M/C AND INTERAC AVAILABLE
PARENTS/LEGAL GUARDIANS & PLAYERS OVER THE
AGE OF 18 AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION MUST BE AT REGISTRATION TO SIGN
INSURANCE WAIVER FORMS. BIRTH CERTIFICATES/PROOF OF AGE ARE MANDATORY
FOR ALL NEW REGISTRATIONS.

PEANUT (2003-2006) - $100 PER PLAYER
(NEW PEANUT PLAYERS RECEIVE A FREE JR. STICK)
HOUSE LEAGUE BOX - $225 PER PLAYER
GIRLS HOUSE AND/OR COMPETITIVE BOX - $225 PER PLAYER
COMPETITIVE FIELD (NOVICE - MIDGET - SPRING) - $225 PER PLAYER
COMPETITIVE BOX - $275 PER PLAYER
REGISTRATIONS IN SOME HL DIVISIONS MAY BE LIMITED.
