LMLA LACROSSE JACKETS
LMLA branded lacrosse jackets (see
picture) are available to order. They take about 2 weeks max to come
in. Payment is required BEFORE the order is placed. No exceptions.
Cash or chq made out to London Minor Lacrosse. Please direct all
inquiries to Karie
Wells.
I will place the order in about a week to ten days (circa May 10, 2008)
if there is interest. Otherwise I will be placing the order from
Orientation day if there doesn't seem to warrant another order.

DAYS
2008 House League Picture Days have been scheduled for the following
dates
Kinsmen Monday May 5, 2008 and Tuesday May 6, 2008
Stronach Monday May 12, 2008 and Tuesday May 13, 2008
2008 REGISTRATION
Regular registrations are now closed. Please contact our Registrar to
inquire about waiting list opportunities for your child's age group.
Girls HL spots are still available. We are also actively looking for
additional Intermediate (birth year 1987 - 1991) HL players to allow for
4 HL teams.
Please note
that a $25 late fee will be charged for all registrations except Girls
and Intermediate.

PARENTS/LEGAL GUARDIANS & PLAYERS OVER THE
AGE OF 18 AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION MUST BE AT REGISTRATION TO SIGN
INSURANCE WAIVER FORMS. BIRTH CERTIFICATES/PROOF OF AGE ARE MANDATORY
FOR ALL NEW REGISTRATIONS.

PEANUT (2002-2005) - $80 PER PLAYER
(NEW PEANUT PLAYERS RECEIVE A FREE JR. STICK)
HOUSE LEAGUE BOX - $150 PER PLAYER
GIRLS HOUSE AND/OR COMPETITIVE BOX - $150 PER PLAYER
COMPETITIVE FIELD - $150 PER PLAYER
COMPETITIVE BOX - $200 PER PLAYER
LATE FEES - $25.00 PER PLAYER AFTER MARCH 15, 2008.
